Every body is different, which is why each session is tailored to your specific needs. Your first appointment includes a brief consultation to understand your goals, movement patterns, and any areas of pain or restriction.
My work blends hands-on bodywork with movement-based techniques. I incorporate guided mobility, assisted stretching, and active myofascial release to help improve range of motion, reduce tension, and create lasting change in how your body moves and feels.
I also integrate corrective exercise when appropriate—giving you simple, targeted tools to support your progress outside of sessions.
Techniques may include sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Thai-inspired stretching, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from training, or looking to move more freely, sessions are designed to support long-term results—not just temporary relief.
